Doing 7 things a day is entirely possible to maintain a healthy body. First, turn off the lights from 21:00 to 23:00. There are 5 sleep peaks in a person’s day. The first peak is at 23:00. After missing, you can only sleep at 2nd peak —— 2am, and more importantly, the immune system has the strongest self-repair ability when the peak of sleep arrives. If you can’t fall asleep before 23:00, it will easily lead to decreased immunity and induce disease.

Second, walk barefoot in the morning on grass or yellow land for 15 minutes to 30 minutes. People use electromagnetic waves in their bodies every day because they are exposed to a large number of electrical appliances. Walking barefoot or wearing sandals, electromagnetic waves can be excreted through the human body.

Third, rub the thymus 200 times a day by hand. The thymus is about four fingers wide from the depression below the neck. Grip the hollow fist to rub the body back and forth on both sides of the thymus to enhance immunity.

Fourth, three meals a day, do not eat meat, eggs, milk containing genetically modified or catalyst-containing ingredients. The recipe should contain fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, of which sweet potatoes are the best food.
