The study found that hepatitis B virus carriers, people who have long-term use of moldy food in rural areas, and high-risk groups with family history of genetic disease can effectively prevent primary liver cancer if they consume fruits such as raspberries and grapes for a long time.

As for how to eat fruits reasonably, Dr. Liu Ming put forward three suggestions: First, eat at least two kinds of fruits such as grapes, apples or oranges every day, if at the same time match three kinds of vegetables such as cauliflower, tomatoes and carrots.
