Eight sports injuries are most common during spring sports.

Spring and winter, the number of middle-aged people who exercise and exercise in parks and public places is increasing. To this end, Professor Zhou Dongsheng from the Department of Trauma Surgery of Shandong Provincial Hospital reminded that during the spring season, it is necessary to ensure safety. In this season, the sports injury is 30% higher than other seasons. Don’t make good intentions against sports injuries. Eight sports injuries are most common during spring sports.

猝死

Sudden cardiac death includes both quiet and sports. Of these, 81% of sudden deaths are silent, due to sudden coronary heart disease and pulmonary embolism. In addition to sudden death from heart disease, excessive exercise is also an important cause of sudden death. If you are doing long-distance running, the heart circulatory system will be overwhelmed, the amount of blood and oxygen required will suddenly increase, and the supply will be relatively reduced. In this state of blood and oxygen supply, the athlete’s heart will have acute ischemia, followed by cardiac arrest and interruption of cerebral blood flow. When running, ensure the safety of exercise. If you feel uncomfortable while running, stop immediately and don’t hold it hard to avoid accidents.

Tennis elbow

This symptom is not only caused by tennis, but also for sports such as badminton and table tennis. Patients often feel pain on the outside of the elbow, the hand grip strength is reduced and the force is poor, and it is very difficult to play backhand. This is mainly due to inflammation at the muscle tendon. Acute pain after exercise should be treated with cold, oral and topical anti-inflammatory painkillers. Chronic inflammation can be used for physical therapy and elbow pads.

Periorbital muscle tendon strain

The main cause of this symptom is repeated repeated overloading, which causes the tendon and muscles of the shoulder to be stimulated and damaged repeatedly. The affected area will be inflamed, swollen and painful. Periarticular tendon damage can be divided into acute injury, chronic strain and tendon tear. The typical condition is the local muscle swelling and pain in the shoulder after playing the ball, and when the arm is slowly raised, it feels pain or even lifts up, such as the tendon tear will feel weak and weak. In the acute phase after injury, ice should be applied, the shoulder joint should rest more and reduce the amount of activity. If the condition is repeated and the injury is serious, it is necessary to seek medical attention.

Knee ligament, meniscus injury

Knee ligaments are important for stabilizing joints. Sprains and collisions during exercise can easily cause ligament tears, joint instability, swelling and pain after activity. The meniscus is the two cartilage pads in the knee joint and is the shock absorber of the human body. After the meniscus injury, tears can occur in the joints, and the pain increases in deep squats. If the knee ligament and meniscus injury are not found in time, it is easy to be repeatedly injured when continuing to move, which may cause traumatic synovitis and articular cartilage wear, leading to early joint deterioration.

Fractures

There are two common types of fractures. One is that there is no wound, the flesh is not broken, called a closed fracture; the other is that the tip of the bone penetrates the flesh and is called an open fracture. For open fractures, you can not use hand to return, sputum or massage, otherwise it may cause osteomyelitis. Apply disinfectant gauze to the affected area for bandaging and hemostasis. Then fix it with flat wood board and send it to hospital for treatment. If the fracture is in the upper limb, the joint can be fixed on the trunk; if the fracture is in the lower limb, the leg can be straightened, fixed on the contralateral limb and sent to the hospital for treatment.

Muscle spasm

Cramps are caused by excessive contraction of muscles caused by cold irritation, excessive mental stress and overwork. It is most common in some long periods of exercise or swimming, and cramps are prone to occur when warm-up exercises are not adequately prepared. When cramps occur, the muscles are hard and the pain is unbearable, which often cannot be alleviated. Improper handling can cause muscle damage.

Muscle Injury

In addition to muscle contusion caused by direct external force, muscle damage is mainly caused by indirect external force. After the muscle strain, the wound is painful, swollen, tender, sputum, and hard to touch. Pain is aggravated when the injured muscle is actively contracting or passively elongating.

Abdominal tingling

Side flank pain occurs mainly in people who stop exercising for a period of time, restart their initial training, or occasionally participate in physical activity. It is generally believed that flank pain is caused by hypoxic pain caused by insufficient blood flow in the respiratory muscles during exercise. Strenuous exercise or intestinal gas accumulation immediately after a meal is also an important cause of side abdominal pain.
