Reminder: Eat more orange fruits and vegetables to reduce abdominal obesity

The lower abdomen is the heart of many people who love beauty. Recently, Dr. Miller, director of the Framingham Nutrition Research Program in the United States, has recommended three therapeutic methods to alleviate abdominal obesity.

Orange Fruits and Vegetables

In addition to cellulose, they provide a feeling of fullness and are rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene to prevent abdominal fat accumulation. Carrots, squash and peaches all provide a lot of β carotene, while citrus, cherry and kiwi are rich in vitamin C.

Eat more fish and eggs

Eating the right fat

Spanish studies have shown that eating more olive oil, fish, linseed oil, walnut oil and tofu makes it easier to maintain a slim body. The &Omega-6 fatty acids contained in corn oil and barbecue foods can cause accumulation of abdominal fat. Trans fatty acids also increase belly fat and try not to eat.
