Eating more at breakfast is beneficial to lose weight

Professor Li Ruifen, a famous nutritionist in China, once said that breakfast should be like an emperor. It means eating something nutritious, milk, eggs, staple food, fruit, Vegetable nutrition is different, everything must be there. Breakfast can provide 30% energy and nutrition throughout the day, which is not enough for other meals.

Many people think that a hearty breakfast will cause too much calories in the body, but a research team in the United States recently found that eating more is not a bad thing for women who want to lose weight, but this is not a bad thing. The law is limited to breakfast.

The researchers randomly divided 60 overweight female volunteers into two groups, one who insisted on eating a very rich breakfast every day for four months and the other in the same way as before. Four months later, it was found that women in the hearty breakfast group had a large weight loss and a more comprehensive nutritional intake.
